- When is the best season to rent a chalet in Charlevoix?
- Summer (June to September) is ideal for the pool and outdoor activities. Fall offers foliage and gastronomy. Winter attracts skiers to Le Massif and snowscapes. Spring is quieter and often more affordable.
- Are pets allowed in your chalets?
- Some of our chalets allow pets (limited number). Le Littoral allows up to 3 pets, L'Embâcle 1, Les Thermes allows pets. Specify when booking.
- Is the pool heated?
- Yes. Le Littoral and L'Embâcle have a heated outdoor pool, open June to mid-September. Les Thermes has a year-round outdoor spa.

- Does each bedroom have its own bathroom?
- In most of our chalets, every adult bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom with an Italian walk-in shower. A separate shared bathroom with a bathtub serves the children's area. The exact configuration is listed on each chalet's page.
- Is the pool private or shared?
- Private. Each of our chalets with a pool has its own heated outdoor pool, used only by your group — never shared with other guests. Pools are fully fenced for children's safety and open roughly from June to mid-September.
- Is there a private hot tub?
- Yes. Every one of our chalets has its own private outdoor hot tub, open year-round and used only by your group. It seats several people and overlooks the forest or clearing — ideal after a day of skiing or hiking.
- How many people can stay?
- Our chalets sleep large groups — typically 12 to 14 guests each, across four bedrooms plus a dedicated children's area with capsule or bunk beds. A high chair and a folding baby bed are provided. See each chalet's page for its exact capacity.
- Is it good for a family reunion or multigenerational trip?
- Yes — our chalets are designed for three to four generations under one roof. Adults get private en-suite bedrooms, children have their own play area, and a single kitchen and dining table can comfortably serve the whole group together.
- How far is it from Quebec City?
- Our chalets in Cap-à-l'Aigle, La Malbaie, are about 1 h 30 from Quebec City via Route 138, or 1 h 45 via the scenic Route 362 along the river. Mont Grand-Fonds is a 10-minute drive; Le Massif about 1 h.
