The furniture in a chalet is not a detail: it is what you see, touch and use throughout your stay. In our chalets in Cap-à-l'Aigle, La Malbaie, furniture is selected on three criteria: fine materials (solid wood, full-grain leather, brushed metal), designer pieces by recognized makers, and functional comfort for a family stay.
Le Littoral chalet — Architecture49 led an interior design recognized as Double Platinum Winner at the Grands Prix du Design. Ethnicraft oak furniture, integrated benches, solid oak dining table for 14, leather armchairs, designer lighting, woven rugs. A central stone-and-steel fireplace anchors the main living room. The rooftop terrace extends the interior design logic outdoors with teak garden furniture.
L'Embâcle — Designed by Bernard Serge Gagné (ABCP architecture) with a Scandinavian approach applied to the nordic Charlevoix setting. Teak furniture, integrated solid-wood benches, leather armchairs, an upright piano in the forest-side den. The two architectural blocks are furnished as two distinct living rooms: one facing the forest with a fireplace, the other opening onto the clearing and the pool.
Furniture of this calibre changes the way a stay feels: you are not « camping » in a holiday rental — you are temporarily inhabiting a residence conceived as a finished design project.
