Inside, the forest continues as a striking green volume that runs through the levels and guides the eye. On the ground floor, three bedrooms with balconies, tucked between the stone walls, converse gently with the site. Villa Luce sleeps up to eight (one king bed, three queen beds and a sofa bed) and includes access to the Hameau's heated shared outdoor pool, open in summer. A remarkable piece of architecture, Villa Luce sits between two stone massifs and rises among the trees to capture a view stretching from the St. Lawrence River to the shores of the Malbaie. Inside, the forest continues as a striking green volume that runs through the levels and guides the eye from room to room. Every detail was designed to create a sensory experience where architecture, people and nature become one.
Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements
On the ground floor, three bedrooms with balconies tuck between the stone walls, in conversation with the site. The villa sleeps up to eight: one king bed, three queen beds and a sofa bed in the TV room. Three full bathrooms and a powder room serve the home.
Living area and terraces
Upstairs, the large living area brings together the kitchen, dining room and living room around a wood-burning fireplace. On either side, two expansive terraces extend the space outdoors and offer, at sunrise and sunset alike, a striking panorama over the river and forest.
Leisure and amenities
A billiard table animates the living area. The villa is air-conditioned and fully equipped: a complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven and gas barbecue, washer and dryer, television and high-speed Wi-Fi. An EV charger is available in the private parking.
The Hameau and surroundings
Your stay includes access to the Hameau and its heated shared outdoor pool, open in summer, as well as a welcoming common hall. A private path leads to several kilometres of Mont Murray hiking trails. La Malbaie, its shops and restaurants are minutes away.
